Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to reserve equipment. Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reservations are confirmed when deposit payment is received. Deposits A refundable security deposit are required. Deposits are put toward the final rental cost. Additional cost may occur after pickup and inspection, if damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations occurred. Delivery, Setup & Pickup Delivery and setup times are scheduled in advance but may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior events. An adult (18+) must be present at delivery and pickup. Customers must provide clear access to the setup area. Once installed, units may not be moved, unplugged, or deflated by the customer. Supervision & Use Adult supervision is required at all times. The supervisor is responsible for enforcing all safety rules. Failure to provide supervision voids all liability protections. Safety Rules (Strict) * No shoes, glasses, jewelry, or sharp objects * No food, drinks, gum, candy, confetti, slime, face paint, or silly string * No pets, flips, wrestling, or rough play * Follow posted capacity limits * Separate users by age and size when possible Weather Policy Bounce houses must not be used in rain, snow, lightning, or winds exceeding 15–20 mph. We reserve the right to cancel or remove equipment if conditions are unsafe. Weather-related cancellations may qualify for rescheduling or credit; refunds are not guaranteed. Surface & Power Requirements Units may be set up on grass (preferred) or hard surfaces with proper anchoring. Customers must disclose underground utilities, sprinklers, or hazards. A dedicated 110–120V outlet within 50–75 feet is required. Blowers must remain plugged in at all times. Damage, Cleaning & Fees Customers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including tears, burns, punctures, or misuse. Cleaning or repair fees may range from $50–$250+ depending on severity. Cancellations Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event may receive a refund or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Liability & Indemnification Use of inflatable equipment involves inherent risk. The renter assumes full responsibility for all participants and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the company, its owners, and employees from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from use or misuse of the equipment.
