Legal Disclosure – Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is a legally binding part of Northwind Operations llc DBA Northwind Events’ Terms & Conditions and applies to all bookings, rentals, and services.

By submitting a deposit, signing a service agreement, or making any payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Because Northwind Events provides time-sensitive services, reserves equipment, allocates staff, and declines other bookings to hold a Client’s date, refund limitations are necessary and reasonable business protections.
Refund eligibility is determined solely by the timelines and conditions stated in the Refund Policy. Exceptions are not guaranteed and are granted only at Northwind Events’ discretion.
No refunds will be issued for:

Last-minute cancellations within the stated cutoff period

Client no-shows
-
Changes in personal circumstances

Weather-related decisions by the Client

Failure to provide access or proper setup conditions
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If any provision of this Refund Policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Northwind Events reserves the right to update or modify the Refund Policy with reasonable notice for future bookings.
Bounce House Rental Return & Policy (Final Review - Feb 2026)
1. Reservation & Payment

A rental is only confirmed once the $50 non-refundable deposit is received.

This deposit is applied toward your final balance.

Full payment is due in full upon delivery of the unit.
2. Delivery & Pickup

An adult (18+) must be present at the scheduled delivery and pickup times.

The setup area must be safe, flat, and clear of obstacles (e.g., animal waste, rocks, sticks).

Failure to provide clear access for pickup at the agreed time may result in additional retrieval fees.
3. Rental Duration

Standard rental periods are typically 4–8 hours.

Extended time must be arranged in advance; late returns (unit not ready at pickup) incur extra charges.
4. Use & Safety

Continuous adult supervision is mandatory.

Strictly NO shoes, food, drinks, gum, confetti, slime, or sharp objects.

NO SILLY STRING: Use in or near the unit is strictly prohibited due to permanent damage to vinyl.
5. Damage & Cleaning

Excessive Cleaning: Charges of $50–$250 apply for units returned with mud, food, or prohibited substances.

Silly String: Detection results in an automatic $500–$1,000 restoration fee or full replacement cost.

The renter is responsible for all damage beyond normal wear and tear.
6. Cancellations

72+ Hours Notice: Refund of any amount paid beyond the $50 deposit.

Within 72 Hours: Forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

Same-Day: Non-refundable; the full rental amount will be charged.
7. Liability

The renter assumes all risk for injuries or property damage. The company is not liable for accidents resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety rules.
8. Returns
-
Units must be deflated (if instructed) and ready for pickup at the agreed time.

No refunds or credits are issued for early returns or shortened rental periods.
