Bounce House Rental Terms and Conditions

Bounce House Rental Policies (Updated Feb 2026)

1. Booking & Payment Policy A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable $50 deposit are required to reserve equipment. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining final payment is due in full upon delivery of the unit. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Security & Incidentals Policy While your initial $50 deposit applies to the rental cost, the renter remains financially responsible for any post-rental issues. A separate incidental charge will be billed if equipment is returned with damages or requires excessive cleaning as outlined in Section 9.

3. Delivery, Setup & Pickup Policy Delivery and setup times are scheduled in advance but may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior events. An adult (18+) must be present at delivery and pickup. Customers must provide clear access to the setup area. Once installed, units may not be moved, unplugged, or deflated by the customer.

4. Supervision Policy Adult supervision is required at all times while the bounce house is in use. The supervising adult is responsible for enforcing all safety rules. Failure to provide supervision voids all liability protections.

5. Safety & Usage Policy The following rules must be strictly enforced:

  • No shoes, glasses, jewelry, or sharp objects.

  • No food, drinks, gum, candy, confetti, slime, face paint, or balloons.

  • STRICTLY NO SILLY STRING: Silly string causes irreparable chemical damage to commercial vinyl. Do not allow silly string in or near the unit at any time.

  • No pets, flips, wrestling, or rough play.

  • Capacity limits and age/size separation must be followed.

6. Weather Policy Bounce houses must not be used in rain, snow, lightning, or winds exceeding 15–20 mph. The company reserves the right to cancel or remove equipment if conditions are unsafe. Weather-related cancellations may qualify for rescheduling or credit; refunds are not guaranteed.

7. Surface & Location Policy Units may be installed on grass (preferred) or hard surfaces with proper anchoring. Customers must disclose underground utilities, sprinklers, or hazards and are responsible for obtaining HOA or venue approval when required.

8. Power Supply Policy A dedicated 110–120V electrical outlet within 50–75 feet of the setup location is required. Only company-provided extension cords may be used. Blowers must remain plugged in at all times during operation.

9. Damage, Cleaning & Repair Policy Customers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear. Additional charges will be assessed for:

  • Excessive Cleaning: Removal of mud, food, or prohibited substances ($50–$250).

  • Silly String Damage: If silly string is found on the unit, an automatic $500–$1,000 professional restoration fee will be charged. If the damage is permanent, the renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of the unit (typically $1,500–$3,000+).

10. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 72 or more hours before the event may receive a refund or credit of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours result in forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable and will be charged the full rental amount.

11. Liability & Assumption of Risk Policy The use of inflatable equipment involves inherent risk. The renter assumes full responsibility for all participants and acknowledges these risks.

12. Indemnification Policy The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its owners, and employees from any claims, injuries, damages, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of the equipment.

13. Right to Refuse Service Policy The company reserves the right to refuse service or remove equipment if policies are violated or conditions are deemed unsafe.

14. Governing Law Policy All rentals and policies are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado.
