Every bounce house and water slide rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each adventure.

Our cleaning process includes:

  • Deep cleaning of all surfaces after every rental

  • Sanitizing with child-safe, non-toxic cleaning solutions

  • Full drying to prevent moisture buildup

  • Detailed inspection for wear, damage, or safety concerns

  • Clean storage between adventures

Weather Guarded Setup
 

Colorado weather can turn without warning, especially along the front range. That is why our setup follows strict safety standard guidelines.

Every rental setup includes:

  • Heavy-duty ground stakes or weighted anchoring systems

  • Professional setup

  • Level placement upon approved surfaces

  • Wind and weather monitoring before and during setup

  • Final safety inspection before the festivities begin

Should the weather prove dangerous for safe setup, the setup shall not proceed. Safety of our guests always comes before the fun.

🏰 Inflatable Unit

💨 Blower System

  • Commercial-grade air blower (matched to unit size)

  • Extension cord (heavy-duty, outdoor rated)

🔒 Anchoring & Safety Equipment

  • Ground stakes (for grass setup)

  • Sandbags (for concrete or hard surfaces)

  • Tie-down straps

⚡ Electrical Requirements

  • 1 dedicated outlet (customer responsibility)

  • 50–100 ft heavy-duty extension cord (provided by Northwind Events)

Setup Area Requirements

📍Surface Area

  • Flat, Level Surface Area must be flat and free of slopes, dips, or uneven ground.

  • Clear of Obstacles Remove rocks, sticks, pet waste, toys, sprinklers, and debris.

  • Adequate Space Provide enough room for the inflatable plus at least 3–5 feet of clearance on all sides and overhead clearance (no tree branches or power lines).

  • Proper Surface Type Grass is preferred. If setting up on concrete, asphalt, or indoors, please notify us in advance.

⚡ Power Requirements

  • Dedicated Electrical Outlet One standard 110–120V outlet within 50–75 feet of setup area.

  • No Shared Circuits The outlet must NOT power refrigerators, DJ equipment, space heaters, etc.

  • No Generators (Unless Approved) If a generator is needed, it must be arranged in advance.

👨‍👩‍👧 Supervision & Safety

  • Adult Supervision Required at All Times A responsible adult (18+) must monitor the inflatable while in use.

  • Enforce Safety Rules No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or rough play.

  • Weather Monitoring Inflatables must not be used in high winds, heavy rain, or lightning.

🐶 Additional Considerations

  • Pets secured away from inflatable

  • Sprinkler systems turned off

  • Access gate wide enough (typically 36"+)

  • Clear pathway from truck to setup area

🚫 Important

Failure to meet setup requirements may result in:

  • Delayed setup

  • Inability to install equipment

  • Cancellation without refund (per rental agreement)
