Setup Area Requirements

📍Surface Area

  • Flat, Level Surface Area must be flat and free of slopes, dips, or uneven ground.

  • Clear of Obstacles Remove rocks, sticks, pet waste, toys, sprinklers, and debris.

  • Adequate Space Provide enough room for the inflatable plus at least 3–5 feet of clearance on all sides and overhead clearance (no tree branches or power lines).

  • Proper Surface Type Grass is preferred. If setting up on concrete, asphalt, or indoors, please notify us in advance.

⚡ Power Requirements

  • Dedicated Electrical Outlet One standard 110–120V outlet within 50–75 feet of setup area.

  • No Shared Circuits The outlet must NOT power refrigerators, DJ equipment, space heaters, etc.

  • No Generators (Unless Approved) If a generator is needed, it must be arranged in advance.

👨‍👩‍👧 Supervision & Safety

  • Adult Supervision Required at All Times A responsible adult (18+) must monitor the inflatable while in use.

  • Enforce Safety Rules No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or rough play.

  • Weather Monitoring Inflatables must not be used in high winds, heavy rain, or lightning.

🐶 Additional Considerations

  • Pets secured away from inflatable

  • Sprinkler systems turned off

  • Access gate wide enough (typically 36"+)

  • Clear pathway from truck to setup area

🚫 Important

Failure to meet setup requirements may result in:

  • Delayed setup

  • Inability to install equipment

  • Cancellation without refund (per rental agreement)
