Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in inflatable bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses, and other inflatable attractions involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Slips, trips, and falls
Collisions with other participants
Sprains, strains, broken bones, or other injuries
Equipment movement due to normal use
Risks associated with physical activity
I voluntarily choose to participate (or allow my child to participate) knowing these risks.
Participant Rules
I agree that I (or my child) will:
Remove shoes before entering the inflatable.
Remove sharp objects, jewelry, glasses, and loose items from pockets.
Not perform flips, wrestling, roughhousing, or horseplay.
Follow all instructions given by event staff or the event host.
Exit the inflatable immediately if instructed to do so.
Not participate if feeling ill or suffering from a medical condition that could make participation unsafe.
Health Statement
I certify that I (or my child) am physically able to participate and have no known medical condition that would make participation unsafe.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Northwind Events, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in inflatable activities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Parent/Guardian Consent
If the participant is under 18 years of age, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and give permission for the minor to participate.
I have read this waiver, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
